Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Rockville. This temporary, fully in-office role supports daily operations by assisting with customer communications, contract administration, and coordination efforts. Key Responsibilities

Assist with entering and maintaining customer contracts in the company system

Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

Provide support for contract-related customer questions (training provided over time)

Monitor and respond to company email inboxes

Assist with monthly collections, including follow-up on overdue invoices

Support the preparation and coordination of proposals

Help schedule service technicians and ensure proper follow-up with customers

Qualifications

Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Comfortable working in a fully in-office setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

High attention to detail and organizational skills
